Indian Kid watches the dust particle move

Indian kid learns about dust particle movement behaviour when watching small dust particles move around randomly in the air visiting in sunlight while dusting the sheet.
It is a very natural and intuitive concept that the kid learns. This same fact applies to all kids around the world.
However, when they grow up then read that it was "discovered" by some scientist in Medieval Europe as per the history the Europeans have "taught" us and to other countries that they had forcibly occupied and made colonies.
To this day we study their history and beliefs as our own source of trurh. Did we not know about gravity or astronomy or dust particle movement before their scientists talked about it?
Seriously?
And for somethings basic as dust particles, isn't this obvious?
The girl is intuitive and she sees this pattern everywhere in nature. She sees it in art, she sees it in water, she sees it in air, and in the fire.
Yet the many in the "educated" world thinks this is their so called "discovery"
isn't there something we are truly missing?
